You may in fact find that it won't be long before most birth announcements will come to you in your e mail address box rather than in your actual physical mailbox. That being said, there really isn't a risk of traditional birth announcements disappearing anytime soon. There remains a huge market comprised of people that still like writing down sentiments and important social messages on special pieces of paper, and birth announcements written down on paper is still the only thing that will suffice. With all of the people demanding the continuing practice of traditional birth announcements printed on paper, it is unlikely that those types of announcements will go away anytime soon. Far more important than the form that birth announcements take however is the content.
