At the start, American Capital Partners assigns a specific management team to an acquisition to perform due diligence and risk assessment, review current operations and benchmark the property against nearby comparables before finalizing a business plan for the property. Following acquisition, the management team establishes tenant relations, implements its capital expenditures program and marketing plan and rebrands the property, if necessary. It regularly reviews its operating plan, leasing goals and objectives, strategy and capital projects. Based on its findings, the team will use that information to develop alternative value enhancement strategies when needed.
